Anaheim -1 1/2 +165 -175 Under 5 1/2 +110

Two first-place teams will square off tonight at the Honda Center in Anaheim as the Nashville Stars visit the Anaheim Ducks. G Jean-Sebastien Giguere has been stellar between the pipes for the Ducks and has led Anaheim to first place in the Pacific Division and the best record in the Western Conference. Giguere is leading the league with 16 victories and ranks in the top 10 in save percentage (.922) and goals against average (2.21). A resurgent Teemu Selanne is leading the Ducks with 34 points (13 goals, 21 assists), while D Chris Pronger is second in the NHL with 26 assists.

The Predators will be without the services of injured G Tomas Vokoun, who is out with a thumb injury. The Predators have not missed as step as Backup G Chris Mason (6-2-0, 2.77 GAA) has filled in nicely. The Predators' offense ranks 4th in the NHL in goals scored (3.42 goals per game) and is one of the most balanced units in the league as the Predators only have one goal-scorer in double figures – RW Scott Hartnell (10 goals).

Injury report
Anaheim: G Ilya Bryzgalov (undisclosed injury) will be re-evaluated today. His status for tonight’s game is unknown.

Nashville: C Jason Arnott (knee) is out until at least early January.
G Tomas Vokoun (thumb) is on the injured list and will be out until at least late December.
