Current Betting Odds Spread Money Line Total Goals

Dallas -1 1/2 +230 -115 Under 5 1/2 -135

The San Jose Sharks will travel to the American Airlines Center to face the Dallas Stars in a Pacific Division clash on Monday night. San Jose is 3-0-0 in its current road trip, and the Sharks are looking to beat the Stars for the second time this season. The Sharks have posted an impressive 13-3 record this season when scoring first, so look for C Patrick Marleau and C Joe Thornton to apply lots of pressure early on in the game.

The Stars snapped a three-game losing streak by defeating Minnesota on Saturday night. G Marty Turco secured his first victory in four games by stopping 32 shots against the Wild. With Turco struggling, the Stars are only 5-5-0 in their last 10 games and sit 6 points behind second-place San Jose in the division.

The Sharks and Stars have played once this year, with the Sharks winning 2-0 on Oct. 17 at San Jose.
